With a clearer direction in place, this phase focused on translating ideas into structure. I began by mapping out the user flow to define how someone would interact with the product from start to finish. This helped me outline key moments in the journey, spot any friction points, and ensure that the experience would feel natural and intuitive before moving into design.

With this prototype in hand, I conducted a user test with someone who closely matched my target audience. I set up a realistic scenario, allowing them to navigate the prototype freely while observing their interactions. This process helped me uncover key gaps in the experience and identify areas for improvement. Below are the insights gained from the test and the adjustments made for the next iteration.
